Joining in tai chi

Amy's mum and some of her tai chi group came to show us some moves, it was fun joining in, learning new poses and it felt so relaxing!

im really getting the hang of the tablets, playing the animal puzzle is my favourite! I know I'm on the right track when the animals make their noises at me!

I had a lovely relaxing dip today, it was exciting to see all the people excercising in the pool too, and it was one of the ladies birthdays so we all sung happy birthday to her! Although I don't know her, I couldn't help but join in the festivities
